About Me
I'm a Product Manager based in Mumbai with a background in Computer Science. I enjoy working at the intersection of data, user empathy, and business outcomes, and feel most at home in teams that care deeply about the details.
At Medikabazaar, I work on the customer experience side of the marketplace, from notifications and retention to checkout and subscriptions. A lot of what I do involves understanding where users drop off and finding ways to serve them better.
Before this, I was part of the founding team at Cipla Digital Health, where we built a healthcare app from scratch. I got to work on a wide range of things, from medicine delivery to payment integrations to app localisation, and learned a lot about what it takes to grow a product to scale.
Outside of work, I wrote a Python book that hit Amazon bestseller, taught coding to students, and ranked 1801 in IIT-JEE Advanced. I enjoy learning new things and figuring out hard problems.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing sports, travelling, and exploring new places.

Built and scaled subscription products at both companies, from zero to meaningful daily volumes within months.
Designed and shipped engagement mechanics including streaks and a mascot to drive daily active usage and habit formation.
Owned the reward points system as part of broader loyalty and retention initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
Built and managed the full communication stack: push notifications, RCS, WhatsApp, and in-app popups, all from a single in-house dashboard.
Built AI-powered analytics dashboards using Claude to surface actionable insights for the leadership team in real time.
Led end-to-end Razorpay payment integration to reduce transaction costs and improve checkout drop-off rates across the platform.
